Bus transportation
Most of the students attending Riverside Regional Elementary School arrive at and leave from the school by bus.
There is regular bus service to Alma, Jonquière, Chicoutimi, Laterrière, CFB Bagotville and La Baie.
The school does not own or operate any of the buses, but the service is provided through the cooperation of the Alma and Jonquière school boards, as well as private bus contractors. You will receive information regarding your child's bus (bus number, pick up time and route) in August.

Safety first
The safety and security of students is the primary concern of all involved with transportation of students.
At Riverside, we therefore offer guidance by teachers and support staff to help the students getting on and off the busses.
