Registration process
Registration and re-registration generally starts in February.
New applicants are always welcomed.
How to register
1. Fill out the registration form, Childcare registration form, health form and if registering in Kindergarten this form and bring it to school, including the required supporting documents:
* child's original birth certificate (long version)
* eligible parent's original birth certificate
* proof of eligibility
* proof of Canadian citizenship
If your child will attend the Daycare (MFRC) on the military base and that he/she needs transportation to or from the MFRC, please complete this form: MFRC
2. Your application will be forwarded to the Ministère de l'Éducation, de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche who will check your eligibility;
Under the Charter of the French language, children in the following situations are eligible:
* The child, his/her sibling(s) or parent(s) did the major part of their elementary school instruction in English in Canada
* The child receives special authorization in case of learning disabilities or humanitarian situation.
* The child can receive temporary authorization: living in Quebec temporarily for study or work, temporary posting, children of the Canadian Armed Forces who are temporarily posted in Quebec.

3. You will be informed about the decision in writing within 10 days, provided that the paperwork is complete.
Re-registration online
To re-register a returning student, you can access our online registration form. Using your Mozaïk login and password you can complete or modify the registration, change personal information and check the registration details.
Re-registration takes place in February of each year. Parents will receive detailed information about this.
