Pre-kindergarten

Our Early Childhood Development Program (ECDP) or pre-kindergarten, introduces 4-year old children to school, and eases the transition process into English Kindergarten.

The program is in English, with focus on learning the language through educational workshops, play and social activities that encourage verbal expression. It develops a love of learning through social and musical activities where play and learning come together.

The school hours are the same as other grades, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with supervision service during lunch time. Before or after school childcare are possible at extra costs. Please view the details of the daily schedule of the pre-kindergarten program.

The groups are small (maximum 12 children), which gives the educator the possibility to get to know your child’s educational needs. This program is offered part time (2 or 3 days/week) or full time (5 days a week).

Admission requirements

* 4 years old by September 30th of the current year;
* independent using the bathroom (wiping, flushing, washing hands, redressing and so forth);
* this program is open to French and English children. Priority will be given to children eligible for English language education.
