To support the development and maintenance of flexible Human Resources Policies, Programs and Processes which are aligned with the CQSB Strategic Plan, Orientations and Objectives;

To offer all staff members, professional and personalized services in a prompt, confidential and respectful manner;

To promote and be a model of a respectful work environment;

To secure mutual understanding and good-will between the Board, the Associations and the Unions to resolve, as much as possible, workplace issues or concerns to the satisfaction of both parties
