Community Partners
The Leading English Education and Resource Network (LEARN) is a non-profit organization that primarily serves the public and private Anglophone, and Aboriginal, Youth and Adult Education sectors of Québec.
LEARN brings together the expertise and efforts of educators, students, parents and community partners to cultivate success for all learners.

Student Online Support
Tutoring and Homework Help from REAL Teachers!
LEARN offers online support for students working directly with elementary (Grade 2 and up) and secondary students (all levels). Services include regular tutoring or homework help based on an agreed upon appointment or schedule. Feedback is provided regarding student progress.
Students are required to register with LEARN for this service.

Community Learning Centres (CLC Schools) focus on student perseverance and community vitality. CQSB has a CLC in the following schools:
- Quebec High School
- La Tuque High School
- Portneuf Elementary School
- Andrew Stuart Johnson Memorial High School / St. Patrick Elementary School
- Valcartier Elementary School
- Everest Elementary School*
- Eastern Quebec Learning Centre *
In each CLC, a coordinator works closely with school principals and staff to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with community-based organizations, municipalities, local businesses, families, and community members. These partnerships result in support to community and school improvement through enhanced access to recreational, educational, social, and cultural opportunities for youth, families, and the English-speaking community at large.
Since 2014, CLC Schools became part of LEARN, a non-profit organization that serves the public and private Anglophone, and Aboriginal, Youth and Adult Education sectors of Québec

The Leadership Committee for English Education in Quebec is one of the defining voices for education and professional development across Quebec. The committee is comprised of thirty-one members representing twenty boards, organizations and associations. Their objectives are:
- To be a visionary and strategic body that advises and influences decisions regarding English education in Québec.
- To be effectively involved with the MELS and MESRST throughout the development of policies, program elaboration, resource development, implementation, and evaluation, so as to ensure quality education for all learners in the English sector, while advocating for timely delivery of the same.
- To determine professional development needs and delivery models to meet the needs of the English educational community.
- To foster active participation of all members and conduct a regular review of its purpose and processes.
CQSB Directors, administrators and educators benefit from the vision and learning opportunities this organization provides.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Voice of English-speaking Québec is an autonomous, non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of a dynamic English-speaking community in the Greater Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches regions and to the promotion of its interests.
VEQ has approximately 2400 members. For the past three decades, the organization has played a vital part in the preservation and development of community life for the English-speaking community. VEQ has active partnerships with over 60 community organizations, institutions, and groups in the area. CQSB partners with VEQ on a number of events and activities for the English-speaking community.
The community Wellness Centre at Jeffery Hale promotes the personal and shared well-being of English speakers in the Quebec City region by offering a range of healthy living programs. The centre is managed by the Jeffery Hale Community Partners. CQSB works hand-in-hand as a community partner with this organization on a number of educational initiatives to support CQSB schools within the Quebec City region.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Citadel Foundation is a community organization that provides financial assistance and support to organizations working primarily with English speakers living in the Greater Quebec region. The Foundation's primary objectives are to relieve suffering and poverty, to improve health and social services, and to encourage educational and cultural activities. In keeping with the spirit of its funding founders, the Citadel Foundation also offers bursaries to young men and women from the region seeking to pursue higher education at the post-secondary level.
CQSB has received funding over the years from the foundation to support students in need. A number of CQSB schools in the Quebec City region have also benefited from funding to realize projects and initiatives to enhance student learning.
